What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain front-office applications and utilities within a Global Markets ecosystem.
• Build high-performance, scalable applications and RESTful APIs using C# and React.
• Collaborate with front-office stakeholders (sales & trading), QA, and production teams in a distributed agile environment.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from initial analysis and design to deployment and support.
• Provide third-line support and troubleshoot production incidents for complex, real-time systems.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong development experience with C# and React (server-side and/or full-stack).
• Proficiency in building web-based applications, RESTful APIs, and working with relational databases (SQL).
• Experience within investment banking or capital markets environments.
• Knowledge of front-office systems such as FX, Rates, Credit, or derivatives.
• Experience with multi-threaded or distributed systems and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, Ansible).
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
