What you will do

• Define and drive the test automation strategy, roadmap, and technical direction.
• Design, maintain, and evolve scalable automation frameworks and architecture.
• Establish automation standards, coding practices, and quality review processes.
• Mentor and support Test Automation Engineers through coaching and technical guidance.
• Coordinate automation planning, priorities, risks, and delivery across teams.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and provide quality insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania.
• Proven experience in Test Automation engineering within complex software environments.
• Strong hands-on background with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, RestAssured, or Cucumber.
• Proficiency in Java 17 and ideally Node.js / TypeScript.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Maven, or NPM.
• Advanced English proficiency (upper-intermediate level or higher).
