What you will do

• Define test objectives and align quality goals with product managers and stakeholders.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and cases across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Perform various testing levels including system, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Conduct root cause analysis and manage defect resolution in collaboration with development teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers to foster continuous learning and best practices.
• Coordinate UAT activities and facilitate client sign-off for production readiness.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or Brunno.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, X-Ray, or TestRail.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
