Technical Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product specialists, including conducting 1-1s and performance reviews.
• Act as the primary authority on product configuration, ensuring standardized approaches across all client projects.
• Manage day-to-day operations and serve as the escalation point for technical incidents.
• Translate complex client requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure alignment and delivery quality.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and strategic decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product enablement, technical project management, or a similar product specialist role.
• Demonstrated ability to define and uphold standardized product governance frameworks.
• Strong people management experience, including strategy setting and team development.
• Experience managing incident escalations and competing priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions to diverse audiences.
• Adaptability to thrive in a distributed, multicultural team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or Marketing Automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Braze.
• Background in agency, consultancy, or technology Center of Excellence environments.
• Track record of improving product adoption and onboarding processes at scale.
