What you will do
- Act as the primary local focal point for IT/OT security matters and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Manage local cybersecurity incidents, coordinate response activities, and lead preparedness exercises.
- Perform risk assessments and define security requirements for new and existing systems.
- Lead the implementation of global security initiatives and support regulatory requirements such as NIS2.
- Promote security awareness and coordinate local training initiatives across the organization.
- Represent the site during internal and external security audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Information Security.
- Fluent English and French.
- Expertise in ISO 27001, Security Auditing, and Risk Assessment.
- Strong knowledge of IT/OT security fundamentals and incident response.
- Proficiency in vulnerability management and security governance.
Nice to have
- Experience with NIS2 compliance or GxP environments.
- Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), PLC Programming, or tools like DeltaV and Aveva PI.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
