What you will do

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Go.
• Optimize backend services for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Manage operational and SRE-related activities, including incident support and system reliability.
• Work with PostgreSQL for data processing and storage.
• Ensure secure development practices aligned with regulatory compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional European teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Go.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Experience with containerization and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, VMs).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
• English: B2+ communication skills required for a multicultural and distributed setup.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
