What you will do

• Design and implement complex business logic in Go for high-performance backend services.
• Develop efficient SQL database structures and optimize queries for high-load environments.
• Build and maintain asynchronous service interactions using Kafka.
• Own the full lifecycle of backend services, including delivery, monitoring, and production support.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated solutions to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive initiatives and share technical knowledge.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial backend engineering experience in high-load environments.
• 4+ years of commercial Go development experience.
• Strong expertise in SQL (schema design, partitioning, sharding) and Redis.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS.
• Russian language proficiency is a must.
• Must be based in Poland, Kazakhstan, EU, Georgia, Armenia, or Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with synchronous and asynchronous inter-service communication patterns.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture.
• Experience designing observability solutions (metrics, logging, tracing).
