What you will do

• Identify and log software defects using structured, exploratory, and regression testing methods.
• Maintain test cases in compliance with software evolution, requirements, and traceability standards.
• Perform manual and automated testing, including endurance and life testing for ignition cycles.
• Analyze reported problems, conduct bug verification, and participate in retrospection meetings.
• Independently manage vehicle and bench testing requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve test strategies and provide technical support for customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of testing experience with at least 2 years in MNO technical testing of 3GPP user equipment.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, automotive infotainment, and SW/HW architecture.
• Broad knowledge of cellular technologies (LTE, 5G, GSM, UMTS) and wireless protocols (Bluetooth, WiFi).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and diagnostic communication protocols.
• Fluent in commercial and technical English.
• ISTQB certification and ASPICE knowledge.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Android and Linux.
• Experience with Python for testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience with ALM tools and HW configuration.
