What you will do

• Participate in product planning, requirement analysis, and solution design for the AI Native engineering platform.
• Translate complex engineering lifecycle patterns into structured product solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Implement AI Agent capabilities for coding, testing, and environment orchestration.
• Drive integration of AI tools with CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, and knowledge platforms.
• Establish mechanisms for product effectiveness evaluation and continuous optimization based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields.
• Strong Software Engineering or Computer Science background to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Familiarity with AI coding products such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Understanding of context engineering, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop collaboration.
• Fresh graduates with stellar internships or relevant extracurricular experience are welcome to apply.
