Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's financial strategy and support key business decisions.
- Build and scale the finance function, including accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A, reporting, and financial controls.
- Establish budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and cash flow management processes.
- Lead financial modeling, business valuation, and investment analysis.
- Support M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and corporate development initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a CFO or Finance Director.
- Proven experience building and scaling finance functions.
- Strong expertise in Russian accounting, taxation, statutory reporting, and end-to-end financial management.
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, M&A, and due diligence.
- Experience working with investors, boards, shareholders, and executive leadership teams.
