What you will do

• Lead local and international productions, directing crews and troubleshooting technical issues on-site.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing freelance talent and vendors to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Shape digital assets and craft cohesive narratives through advanced editing and post-production workflows.
• Oversee shooting scripts, location scouts, and shot lists to maintain continuity and visual quality.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to amplify brand messaging and strategic communications.
• Proactively identify production challenges and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a senior producer, videographer, and editor.
• Must be based in the San Francisco office 40 hours a week.
• Extensive experience working with executive-level staff and cross-functional creative teams.
• Expert proficiency in digital technology and editing software including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Resolve.
• Deep knowledge of professional production equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio setups.
• Flexibility for domestic and international travel as needed for productions.
