What you will do

• Oversee a team of Producers to develop and refine content ideas ensuring they meet brand standards.
• Manage all aspects of production from concept development to final delivery.
• Collaborate with production management on scheduling and budget management.
• Source and develop a strong network of experienced production partners, vendors, and talent.
• Identify new story angles for athlete projects, events, and recurring content opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on project status and progress to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content production, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape in the Western US.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality content projects.
• Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
