TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (SaaS): Managing delivery relationships with certified implementation partners to ensure project health and successful customer outcomes with an accent on portfolio monitoring, risk mitigation, and partner maturity progression. Focus on driving resolution for complex escalations, coordinating cross-functional internal teams, and leveraging AI tools to optimize delivery workflows.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own the delivery relationship with a portfolio of implementation partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Monitor portfolio health to identify quality, velocity, or capability risks before they escalate.
  • Guide partners through maturity stages, identifying capability gaps and ensuring they receive necessary support.
  • Manage the escalation lifecycle end-to-end, coordinating internal resources and driving resolution.
  • Act as the interface between partners and the product team for defect management and feature requests.
  • Collaborate with CSMs and Account Managers to ensure customer outcomes and adoption risks are managed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software delivery, specifically in program/project management, partner management, or customer success.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ, billing, or quote-to-cash implementation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent relationships and act on early warning signals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with partner leadership.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including product and commercial stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a partner-facing or channel-facing role within an enterprise software company.
  • Experience with post-implementation customer success or managed services.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for portfolio management and delivery acceleration.
  • Knowledge of financial systems or revehirify.global recognition processes.
