What you will do

• Review AI-generated compensation analyses and recommendations for accuracy and completeness.
• Assess outputs against business relevance and compensation best practices.
• Identify errors, gaps, and unsupported conclusions in AI responses.
• Provide clear, actionable written feedback to improve agent performance.
• Document findings with high attention to detail and collaborate on evaluation methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in compensation.
• Strong understanding of market pricing, salary structures, job architecture, and benchmarking.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
• Ability to provide objective, evidence-based feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large enterprise compensation programs.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
