What you will do
- Design and maintain reference architectures, templates, and golden paths for infrastructure standardization.
- Lead client projects by owning infrastructure delivery and building trusted client relationships.
- Drive code quality and infrastructure standards through code reviews, pairing, and convention setting.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging cloud services and infrastructure tooling to benefit the team.
- Contribute to SOW development by scoping infrastructure efforts and identifying technical risks.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers on both technical and non-technical dimensions.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder (ITAR compliance).
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS and working proficiency in Azure.
- Expert-level experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK).
- Deep experience designing and operating containerized systems (Docker, ECS/Fargate, EKS/Kubernetes).
- Experience with ML workflow infrastructure (model serving, inference servers, training pipelines).
- Experience deploying and managing LLM-based applications in production (RAG, API orchestration, vector stores).
- Experience provisioning and managing GPU-accelerated compute environments.
