What you will do

• Improve, innovate, and maintain current tooling infrastructure and in-house editing toolsets.
• Design, architect, test, and implement tools at scale to support game production.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to optimize workflows and facilitate tool adoption.
• Deliver high-quality, well-structured code while improving performance across the tools landscape.
• Coach and mentor junior developers on architecture, development patterns, and testing.
• Share knowledge and best practices with peers and game teams across the organization.

Requirements

• Excellent Python knowledge with experience in standalone and web applications.
• Strong C++ experience.
• Highly experienced with testing, automation, and continuous integration.
• Strong communication skills and empathy for end users.
• Ability to develop on both Windows and OSX platforms.
• Frontend skills including JS/TS and web frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud frameworks (GCP, Docker, k8s).
• Experience with game editor extension systems (Unity, Unreal, or custom Qt frameworks).
• Familiarity with observability tools like Sentry or Grafana.
• Experience facilitating workshops or leading technical presentations.
