Software Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Build and maintain the web-based administration console for hirify.global Identity Recovery, ensuring performant UX for complex workflows.
• Design and implement recovery flows for Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta.
• Own authentication, session management, and real-time notification experiences.
• Contribute to backend services to support new UI features, maintaining a full-stack approach.
• Integrate AI capabilities into both the product and development processes.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to evolve the product toward a modern SaaS architecture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Production experience with C# and .NET in a web application context.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core Blazor or comparable frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
• Strong proficiency in web fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Ability to read and understand C++ for backend tracing and debugging.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASP.NET Core Blazor Server and commercial component libraries.
• Familiarity with Azure services (App Service, SignalR, Container Apps).
• Knowledge of identity and access management concepts (Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory).
• Experience with on-prem to SaaS UI migrations.
