TL;DR

Senior Network Security Automation Engineer (Cybersecurity): Designing and implementing a unified Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture by automating Firewall, Proxy, and NAC operations with an accent on zero-touch provisioning and stateful orchestration. Focus on building CI/CD pipelines, integrating Nautobot as a source of truth, and reducing operational effort through Python and Ansible automation.

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). Must be based in Las Colinas (TX), Charlotte (NC), Chandler (AZ), or Minneapolis (MN)

What you will do

• Design and implement a unified network security automation architecture across Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Broadcom platforms.
• Develop end-to-end zero-touch provisioning (ZTP) solutions for deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Build stateful, fault-tolerant workflows using Temporal, ORCA, or similar orchestration platforms.
• Integrate Nautobot as the authoritative source of truth for topology, IPAM, and operational state data.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Expose automation capabilities via Apigee APIs and implement observability using Grafana and Prometheus.

Requirements

• Senior-level hands-on experience in Python development.
• Extensive experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Hands-on operational automation experience using Ansible.
• Deep knowledge of Proxy and Firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Broadcom).
• Proven experience with stateful workflow orchestration (Temporal, ORCA, etc.).
• Must be worked on a W2 basis; no C2C eligibility.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted engineering or AI-driven automation workflows.
