What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve concerns with empathy and patience.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with team members to track customer feedback and improve products and services.
- Meet performance targets regarding response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven customer service experience in a corporate or support environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and work under pressure.
