What you will do

• Provide accurate product information and resolve concerns with empathy and patience.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with team members to track customer feedback and improve products and services.
• Meet performance targets regarding response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
