What you will do

• Prepare and stain samples for complex Flow Cytometry using Fortessa X20 and Canto instruments.
• Perform cell-based assays including ELISA, MSD, and ELISpot.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and conduct HTS and CS&T tracking to ensure optimal instrument performance.
• Support bio-banking workflows, including sample receipt, inventory, and processing according to SOPs.
• Develop, write, and improve SOPs and required documentation for laboratory procedures.
• Maintain safe laboratory practices within Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) conditions.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a biology laboratory technician or technical assistant.
• Basic knowledge of cell biology and relevant laboratory technologies.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required for professional communication.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Berlin, Germany.
• Experience with GCP laboratories and handling clinical trial samples is highly desirable.
• High level of quality awareness and experience with ISO-compliant working methods.

• Basic knowledge of German.
