TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (Backend): Developing and maintaining core components and cloud services for the ProjectWise infrastructure management platform with an accent on C#/.NET development and Azure cloud integration. Focus on building automated CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system stability, and collaborating on high-scale infrastructure software solutions.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (Hybrid or Office-based)
Salary: From 4500 EUR gross per month

What you will do
- Design, implement, and support product features and core components for Azure-based cloud services.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and testable code using C# and .NET.
- Implement and manage fully automated CI/CD pipelines for production delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define service requirements.
- Perform unit testing to ensure software quality and adherence to use cases.
- Mentor team members and share technical expertise to foster professional growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET.
- Strong understanding of data structures, OOP, and test frameworks.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to write secure, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of OIDC and secure development practices.
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Kafka.
- Experience in C++ development.
