What you will do
- Execute and support business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
- Deliver analytical insights for Customer Service, Responsible Gambling, Risk Management, and Product teams.
- Implement data validation processes and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical business metrics.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data extraction and reporting workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- At least 1 year of experience in the gambling/gaming industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience working with both real-time and batch data processing.
- Strong understanding of gambling industry metrics and KPIs.
