Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands). Must be based in or be able to work from the Amsterdam office at least 3 days a week

What you will do

• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to increase team efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and agents for prospecting, content creation, and operational research.
• Execute and nurture lead generation through email campaigns and prospecting sequences.
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
• Analyze marketing performance and lead generation metrics to provide actionable insights for the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, AI, Data, Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interest in growth marketing, automation, and AI.
• Comfortable working with data and learning new tools quickly.
• Must be based in the Netherlands or be able to work from the Amsterdam office at least 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Experience building AI workflows using tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEA, and performance marketing.
• Fluency in Dutch, German, or Spanish.
