1. Group Chief Compliance Officer - Digital Assets
This is an excellent opportunity to manage the group’s compliance framework across all operating regions, with primary responsibility for ensuring adherence to the regulations set by VARA. Proven experience dealing directly with UAE regulators (VARA, FSRA, DFSA) is required. UAE-based talent only.
2. Compliance Officer & MLRO - Digital Assets
This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing the AML, CTF and sanctions compliance framework in accordance with CBUAE requirements. Strong understanding of UAE AML/CTF regulations and regulatory expectations, including hands-on experience operating within the CBUAE regulatory framework is required. UAE-based talent only.
3. Associate Director, Financial Crime - Financial Services
I need a regulatory compliance or risk management SME with strong experience within a regulator or regulated entity. Demonstrated leadership capability and experience engaging with regulators, boards and senior executives is required. Open to relocating candidates from abroad.
