What you will do

• Define contracting strategies and lead the bid management process from offer to signature.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex sales contracts while ensuring alignment with internal guidelines.
• Manage risk exposure and maintain mitigation lists throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams to resolve contractual disputes.
• Support the execution team during implementation phases and manage contract extensions or changes.
• Provide regular reporting on contract status and performance to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a contract manager.
• Bachelor degree in Business Law or International Trade.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sales contracts.
• Profound commercial understanding and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCCM, CPCM).
• Understanding of FIDIC form of contracts.
