TL;DR
Quality Assurance Engineer (QA): Executing manual UI and API testing for a weather-focused decision support platform with an accent on business context and risk-based test scenarios. Location: Must be based in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (Hybrid work model).
Salary: €3,000–€4,500 gross per month.

What you will do
- Review requirements and business rules with stakeholders to define clear test scenarios.
- Prepare test cases, checklists, and test data focusing on high-impact business risks.
- Execute manual UI, exploratory, and regression testing.
- Test API behavior and edge cases using Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Report defects with detailed reproduction steps and evidence.
- Suggest improvements to team testing practices and workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.
- 2+ years of manual testing experience in UI and API environments.
- Strong analytical skills for problem investigation and test analysis.
- Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive QA documentation.
- Ability to communicate professionally and provide constructive feedback.
- Interest in continuous learning regarding business workflows and end-user needs.
Nice to have
- Experience with UI automation tools like Playwright or Cypress.
- Domain knowledge in shipping, weather forecasting, or logistics.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Docker.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance QA efficiency.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
