Salary: €40,000–€50,000 + bonuses

What you will do
- Manage QA engineering workload and perform manual testing for a crypto payment gateway.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Support the QA manager in scaling testing operations.
- Work autonomously within the wider organization to maintain product standards.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of experience in manual testing.
- Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania.
- Experience working in high-paced, small-team startup environments.
- Web3-native manual testing experience is highly preferred.
