Looking for a Senior Python Engineer — AI/Agentic Systems 🐍🤖

Location:
- EU or Balkans 🌍
- Fully remote, with occasional quarterly workshops/gatherings likely in Prague 🇨🇿

- Strict US overlap required, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM CET 🕑
- AI-native platform based on agentic pipelines, MCP servers, and LLM orchestration 🧠⚙️. The role focuses on scalable backend systems, cloud data infrastructure, and AI feature integration. 🏗📊

Requirements:
- Strong Python 3 experience with async/await, type annotations, and Pydantic 🛠
- FastAPI experience for production REST services 🚀
- Hands-on Databricks experience with Jobs, Delta Lake, or similar 💾
- PostgreSQL, Redis, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Key Vault experience ☁️🔐
- Deep Celery experience with Redis or RabbitMQ scaling strategies 🐇
- Experience integrating AI features, agentic pipelines, and MCP servers 🤖
- Ability to design highly concurrent, scalable backend systems 🏙

Nice to have:
- Datadog observability 👁
- Kubernetes deployments 🚢
