What you will do

• Perform quality reviews on system configurations to ensure data accuracy from contracts and budgets.
• Ensure client specifications are met during the implementation process.
• Establish and maintain auditing and monitoring checklists and procedures.
• Ensure process compliance and proper documentation.
• Collaborate on the development and delivery of training programs for the configuration process.
• Analyze metrics to identify process gaps and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, specifically in contract or data management.
• Strong understanding of global clinical trial design, contracts, and budgets.
• Ability to interpret complex clinical contracts, amendments, and informed consents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
