Location: Tallinn, Estonia. No relocation support. Candidates must already have the right to work in Estonia.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end functional administration for annual salary reviews, merit cycles, and bonus processes.
• Support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions and related C&B workflows.
• Handle employee and manager inquiries through ServiceNow in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Create reports and perform basic data analysis to support business decision-making.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement actions using LEAN principles.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners to optimize global HR processes and participate in system development projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a specific focus on Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
• Strong skills in MS Office for data validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Right to work in Estonia.

Nice to have

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement/LEAN principles and experience in development projects.
