What you will do
- Manage HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records.
- Coordinate employee documentation, vacation, and time tracking processes.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure GDPR compliance in data handling.
- Manage content on internal platforms and organize employee events and initiatives.
- Liaise with vendors regarding operational orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
- Support learning and development activities, including training registrations and budget tracking.
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration, an operational role, or a relevant educational background.
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Based in or able to work from Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia.
