What you will do

• Lead the design and development of performant, delightful user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and engineers to scope and deliver impactful product features.
• Evolve and scale frontend architecture through reusable component libraries and shared design systems.
• Champion accessibility, performance, and engineering best practices across multiple product surfaces.
• Write robust, well-tested code and proactively identify areas for technical improvement or refactoring.
• Guide design and code reviews while mentoring peers to raise the technical bar for the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney or willing to reside there.
• Highly experienced in building complex, user-facing applications using React and TypeScript.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals and a deep understanding of the web platform.
• Ability to take ownership of features end-to-end from architecture to delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working across disciplines.
• Experience mentoring others and providing constructive technical feedback.
