What you will do

• Experiment, iterate quickly, and increase confidence in prioritization decisions within the Growth team
• Turn test technical requirements into minimum viable tests
• Identify the shortest technical path to validate customer-centric ideas
• Implement experiments with analytics in mind
• Prioritize which experiments to run based on effort required to develop and ship an MVP

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in full stack web development using TypeScript (React) and PHP (Laravel) (any language mix acceptable)
• Experience in a startup/scaleup environment
• Experience working in an autonomous pod that ships independently
• Ability to prioritize edge-case handling versus shipping a test
• Strong analytical thinking beyond happy-path scenarios
• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
