What you will do

• Build and deploy AI and machine learning models and automation workflows for Operations, Distribution, and Customer Service.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems while ensuring production stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with the Data team on feature engineering and training data curation.
• Monitor deployed models for performance drift and implement retraining pipelines.
• Document AI architecture and model decisions to support internal AI governance.
• Work with DevSecOps teams to create and maintain model deployment pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with models in production.
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development and data processing.
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required.
• Experience with cloud AI services like AWS SageMaker or Bedrock.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in financial services or insurance AI use cases.
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
