IT Governance Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Recommend IT GRC policies that improve internal controls, security posture, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive change management and organization-wide implementation of IT GRC policies.
• Communicate IT security, risk, governance, and compliance matters to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to align policies with organizational strategy and governance needs.
• Collaborate with security, data, compliance, and legal teams to define system and process requirements.
• Oversee governance policy implementation and contribute to improving security policies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong logical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and Indonesian regulations including POJK and UU PDP.
• 10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity and IT governance is preferred.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or cybersecurity certification such as CISSP or CISA.
• Protection Officer certification.
