What you will do

• Develop IT GRC policies to enhance internal control and security posture in collaboration with senior management.
• Drive change management and implementation for governance policies across the organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT security, risk, and compliance for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Design effective governance policies aligned with operational needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with security, data, and legal teams to redefine system implementation requirements.
• Oversee the execution of governance policies and improve company security processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10 years or more) in cybersecurity and IT governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily interaction with CEO, CTO, Board of Directors, Investors, and regulators (OJK, BI, Kominfo).
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
• Deep experience implementing cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC2.
• Expertise in implementing regulatory cybersecurity rules, including personal data protection and OJK financial regulations.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CISA.
• Data Protection Officer (DPO) certification.
• Experience within the financing industry.
