What you will do

• Lead the Directorate in delivering the work programme in alignment with priorities set by Members and the Secretary-General.
• Shape strategic thinking, policies, and business processes to ensure high-quality integrated "One DCO" services.
• Oversee the Digital, Knowledge and Information Service, the Conference, Security and Infrastructure Service, and the Human Resources Management Service.
• Represent the DCO and hirify.global internally and externally to build strategic partnerships with international organisations and national authorities.
• Manage and develop a cohesive, multicultural, and multidisciplinary team through merit-based talent management.
• Ensure optimal use of resources, overseeing cost recovery initiatives and financial sustainability.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related subject (MBA is an advantage).
• More than 10 years of experience in corporate management.
• Proven track record of conducting relations at a senior level within political decision-making environments.
• Excellent knowledge of HR, IT, digital transformation, and AI.
• Fluency in English or French, with knowledge of or a willingness to learn the other official language.
• Must be a national of an hirify.global Member Country.
