What you will do

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all monthly financial reporting processes.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of the annual financial audit.
• Supervise the storage, codification, and orderly administration of accounting files and documents.
• Manage and supervise accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in Banking, Multifinance, or Financing industry is a must.
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in public accounting.
