What you will do

• Manage the full cycle of invoice and premium note issuance, validation, and distribution.
• Prepare periodic accounts receivable reports and proactively follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Perform bank reconciliations for payments received from invoices and premium notes.
• Prepare transaction vouchers and maintain a high-accuracy premium note tracker.
• Update insurance policy details and manage the Netting Account Receivable process for PT hirify.global Pialang Asuransi.
• Oversee weekly and monthly closing reports and maintain a secure financial documentation system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.
• Certification in Brevet A & B with a solid understanding of basic taxation.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience working within the insurance industry.
