What you will do

• Monitor and manage the overall Quality Assurance process to minimize operational risk.
• Review and update QA policies and SOPs in alignment with new regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor corrective and preventive actions to prevent fraud and complaints.
• Coordinate collaborations with other departments and conduct internal and external calibration.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities and identify training needs.
• Monitor team performance and provide necessary coaching and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Officer in Quality Assurance or Internal Audit.
• Experience in bank, multifinance, or fintech sectors is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
