What you will do
- Monitor, review, and deliver accurate monthly financial business transaction data to stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver monthly management accounts for managers to support teams across the organization.
- Maintain monthly control account reconciliations.
- Manage risks involved in the business’s financial activities.
- Estimate short- and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
- Provide guidance on financial procedures to subordinates and colleagues, and cover/support other members of the Resources department as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior financial position.
- Strong understanding of financial business in multifinance or peer-to-peer lending.
- Analytical thinking with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel; advantage if experienced with Oracle NetSuite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
