What you will do

• Manage and oversee the overall anti-fraud and investigation lifecycle.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention initiatives and models.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly reporting on fraud activities.
• Recover fraud losses and coordinate cross-departmental collaborations.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure operational excellence.
• Liaise with the Head of Credit Ops regarding fraud strategy and outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fraud analysis, internal audit, or risk policy within banking, multifinance, or fintech.
• Proven experience in personal loans, retail loans, or credit cards.
• Demonstrated experience in field investigation and data analysis.
• Strong sense of integrity, conscientiousness, and responsibility.
