What you will do

• Execute end-to-end audit processes across branches and representative offices.
• Validate consumer data during the customer acquisition process to detect irregularities or anomalies.
• Perform field checks on acquisition, application, and collection processes to minimize deviations and identify potential fraud.
• Conduct verification audits on third parties involved in the business process.
• Gather evidence and document chronological sequences of events to support findings and recommend sanctions.
• Investigate and follow up on reports regarding incorrect work processes from internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any major, with Accounting or Law preferred (Minimum GPA 3.00).
• Strong analytical ability and a structured thought process.
• Willingness to travel regularly (up to 70% of the time).
• Comfortable communicating with new people and displaying high curiosity regarding human behavior.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Nice to have

• Experience in auditing within banking or multifinance companies.
• Possession of a SIM C license.
