What you will do

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and ensure project timelines are met.
• Serve as the primary contact for external marketing partners and support partnership acquisition.
• Track and analyze marketing KPIs to provide actionable performance reports.
• Identify issues and suggest optimizations to improve campaign cost-to-result ratios.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product, Creative, and Digital teams.
• Lead project status meetings and document key decisions and action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a junior supervisor role.
• Strong analytical aptitude with advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Proven project management ability to handle multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication and logical thinking skills.
• Self-starter attitude capable of driving complex analysis with minimal guidance.
