What you will do

• Manage collection operations and ensure full compliance with established regulations.
• Analyze and improve collection processes and policies using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Product, HR, Finance, and BI teams to enhance overall productivity.
• Oversee operational budgets to maintain balance between costs and credit loss.
• Manage staffing, resource allocation, and KPI/target measurement for the region.
• Direct customer support processes to improve user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Collection Operation Manager or in an equivalent position.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership and organizational ability.
• Sound knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
• Experience in managing consumer lending products (e.g., Credit Card, KTA, Motorcycle Loan) or within a Multi Finance Company.
• Outstanding communication and people management skills.
