Location: Must be based in or relocate to Sydney, Australia. Hybrid role requiring at least two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Develop and adapt detailed project delivery plans for VFX producers and supervisors.
• Coordinate resources and schedules for short to medium-term VFX work.
• Communicate goals and deadlines clearly to the visual effects team.
• Collaborate with coordinators to ensure project schedules remain on track.
• Manage artist and client expectations throughout the production lifecycle.
• Utilize databases and software tools to maintain project documentation and tracking.

Requirements

• Right to work in Australia is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Line Producer in a production-driven environment.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing artists and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience working with databases and FTP software.
• Ability to relocate to Sydney if not currently based there.

Nice to have

• HTML and Wiki skills.
• Knowledge of FileMaker.
