Location: Hybrid in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (office attendance average 4 days a week)

What you will do
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the HR function within the Malaysia office.
- Partner with management and finance to align HR expertise with business operations and profitability.
- Manage the full talent lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, performance appraisals, and yearly talent reviews.
- Oversee training, development, employee relations, and retention programs.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a collaborative and successful work environment.
- Coordinate with the Global Learning and Education team (APAC HQ) and local legal counsel on employment matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or an equivalent discipline.
- 10-12 years of HR Business Partnering experience with strong business acumen.
- 3-6 years of experience in a management role.
- Sound knowledge of local labour laws in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and documentation.
- Experience in multi-national organizations and agency backgrounds is a significant advantage.
