What you will do

• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll while maintaining accurate HRIS data.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, investigating and resolving grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regional APAC employment regulations.
• Manage employment litigation processes, including document preparation and coordination with legal counsel.
• Provide HR operational support and compliance guidance to local teams across the APAC region.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and policy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience, including 2+ years in employee and labor relations.
• Expert knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and dispute resolution procedures.
• Proven experience working across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Malay and English.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
