What you will do

• Lead the VIP growth strategy and commercial roadmap to increase trading volume and revenue in LATAM.
• Acquire and manage high-value VIP traders, providing personalized solutions and direct support.
• Collaborate with Product, Trading, and Compliance teams to translate user needs into actionable improvements.
• Identify and execute market-driven initiatives to increase wallet share and VIP engagement.
• Manage, mentor, and scale the regional VIP business development team with clear performance discipline.
• Represent the company externally through partnerships, events, and community outreach.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development or relationship management within crypto, trading, or fintech.
• Proven track record of growing revenue through acquisition and retention of high-value clients.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM crypto landscape and competitive dynamics.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing commercial teams in fast-paced environments.
