What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the Digital Workplace platform, including M365, Entra ID, and Endpoint Management.
• Translate business, security, and compliance needs into clear architectural decisions and standards.
• Define endpoint and identity security architecture across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices.
• Architect modern endpoint management using Intune and optimize Microsoft licensing models.
• Mentor senior engineers and architects to raise the overall architectural maturity of the organization.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Enterprise Architecture teams to align with broader enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise platform architecture with a strong focus on Digital Workplace ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid Active Directory, and Zero Trust principles.
• Proven experience architecting Microsoft 365 platforms, including governance and license strategy.
• Strong leadership in modern endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android using Intune.
• Ability to design end-to-end identity and endpoint security, integrating access controls and device compliance.
• Experience operating and evolving large, global enterprise environments with high security and compliance expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zero Trust Architecture implementation at scale.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting using PowerShell and Graph API.
• Exposure to agent-based or AI-driven operations within the Digital Workplace space.
