What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies for the NEA region aligned with business growth.
- Formulate revenue strategies and optimization plans based on product offerings.
- Lead partnership identification, negotiation, and execution across the region.
- Manage relationships with key VIP clients to ensure high-quality customer experience.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, product, and finance teams.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and product innovation.
Requirements
- Must have current right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Crypto or Traditional Finance with leadership background.
- Proven track record in developing commercial strategies within the derivatives space.
- Deep understanding of futures, options, market dynamics, and NEA regulatory environments.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills for high-level negotiations.
